Philosophy and Practice:
Carol offers her service as a consellor and psychotherapist to individual adults and can see them once weekly or more often for psychotherapy. She is very interested in meeting her clients and patients and helping to grow in self awareness in order to help them cope with any problems in their lives. Carol believes in an innate capacity for healing and that healing can occur through a therapeutic replationship. The therapeutic relaitonship is therefore important as people learn about themselves and their inner world in order to be more whole in their lives. As she works psychodynamically Carol is aware of the existence of the unconscious as well as the conscious mind.
