My philosophical approach to therapy stems from my own view of the world and is grounded in my own life experiences. As an integrative therapist, I particularly espouse humanistic values, as I believe each individual is unique, I attempt to understand an individual’s subjective experience rather than try to fit them into a predetermined model or theory and I hold the belief that individuals have the ability to self-actualise. As such, I believe that all human beings have within them the capacity for self-healing.

My primary focus is to understand how the individual experiences life. I take a holistic view linking the individual’s experiences from their relational present, to their developmental past and the potential of repeating themselves in the co-created future.
