I am a qualified Person-Centred Counselling Psychotherapist and run a private practice from Woosehill Medical Centre in Wokingham, Berkshire.
Through the counselling relationship you will be heard in a non-judgemental, confidential and safe environment. It offers you the opportunity to try out new ways of relating, gain control of your life and move forward.
Counselling can be used solely for personal growth, or other reasons may include: abuse, addiction, anxiety, bereavement, depression, divorce, lack of motivation, panic attacks, redundancy, relationship difficulties, self esteem, sexuality, stress management, work related difficulties.
My experience includes working within the NHS and private practice, providing therapy for a wide range of client issues. I also have experience of working within a youth counselling agency.
I completed my degree training with Greenwich University, London.
There is free parking at the Medical Centre.
