Have you ever felt lost for words?
Or perhaps you hide behind a wall of words?
Dialogue is often useful and yet at times we need other means to access the parts of ourselves that yearn for healing or expression. Through looking at our body language and what is happening in the body we can find out more about ourselves. Through methods such as sandplay and free writing, we can find ourselves accessing the 'unthought known' -- ideas, thoughts, feelings, parts of ourselves that had become hidden. Sometimes talking things through can be enough and you will not be asked to use methods you do not wish to.
