I provide short and longer-term counselling, therapy and coaching, both in person and by telephone in the UK.

The initial meeting is free of charge. This is for us both - for me to learn about you and what you’re looking for from therapy, and for you get a sense of whether you'll feel comfortable working with me.

I am qualified with over 25 years practice experience, am an accredited member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a UKRCP registered independent counsellor. The model of therapy I use is known as integrative and brings together a range of approaches in a coherent framework.

I recognise that every client is unique, and aim to create a way of working with you that is equally unique and effective for you. I've learned to ask not "does this type of therapy work?" but "is this approach working for you right now?" With that in mind I'll ask that we use a couple of simple measures that monitor session by session how we’re working together and how you’re progressing. If you're not then we’ll try and work out a different approach.

Please visit my website to learn more about my evidence informed approach to working with clients.
