I offer a safe confidential setting to talk about the issues that may concern you, whether it is a current problem or something unresolved from your past.

I work in an open-ended way, which is not time limited and means I can commit to working with you for as long as we both feel it is constructive.

I work in a non-judgemental way, and believe that the key to change is in the relationships I make with my clients.

My aim is to offer a safe, respectful, and a sometimes challenging environment in which you can explore the issues that are important to you. Encouraging greater self-awareness, change and personal development.
