I have been counselling for many years and have done a number of trainings myself, from taking a degree in developmental psychology [learning how a child develops and learns] to completing a diploma in integrative counselling and undertaking post graduate studies in both gestalt work which is a person centred approach, and psychodynamic counselling which looks at the interpersonal learning from our early relationships.These tend to get played out over and over again. Each individual is different and I do not seek to label or to judge, but rather to help you find your own truth and your own words to say it.
