I have experience & special interest in: anxiety, bereavement, child related issues, creativity, cultural issues, depression, eating disorders, general counselling, personal development, relationships and stress
My theoretical approach is integrative, incorporating psychodynamic, TA, CBT and attachment theory.

In long term work, where the process allows time to explore earlier influences that affect later beliefs and actions, the focus is especially looking at understanding recurring patterns of behaviour.
