I can support you with exploring painful life events and restricting patterns which may be preventing you reaching your full potential. As well as being a place for exploring present difficulties, counselling is also place for growth and development, wisdom and well being, confidence and creativity. My aim would be to provide a safe and non-threatening environment giving an opportunity to explore and create positive change for yourself, bringing about clarity of thought and enabling you to live a deeper more enriched life. I will provide support to help you strengthen and expand your sense of your own identity and to become the person that you really are rather than the person that others want you to be.

Qualifications & Training

  • Post-Graduate Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling (University of Brighton)
  • Certificate in Counselling (Birkbeck University)
  • Cruse bereavement training

    Experience
In addition to my private practice I also have experience of specialist bereavement therapy within the Cruse service. I have an arts background and work for West Sussex County Council providing counselling for children and young people where exploration through creative mediums is central to the work. I have found that adults too can benefit from this expressive approach.

    Fees
£ 35 per session. Reduced cost for students and low waged.
