My training includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing), dual diagnosis mental health treatment and RP (Relapse Prevention). Experience In addition to working with addiction I also work with dual diagnosed clients - those who are experiencing mental illness as well as addiction issues. I don't offer magic cures but I have experience of facilitating symptom relief and helping clients to reduce anxiety, improve self-esteem and confidence. I have worked in many different mental health settings. Fees sessions are £40 per hour.
