My approach is called Integrative, which means that I integrate the most effective skills of the main contemporary approaches. The benefits to you are that we will work according to your individual needs and personal circumstances.
I will listen carefully and support you to explore your current difficulties within a warm and empathic therapeutic environment. Together we will look at ways of how you may deal with these difficulties more constructively and build resources for the future.
