In counselling, we can look together at any problem. Clients tell me that as a counsellor the work they do with me is interesting, useful, focused, effective and on occasion enjoyable. They say that everything in their lives feels better.

If you call me we can meet face to face, via e-mails or by telephone appointment and I will consider home visits in Bristol where there is incapacity. You can feel better about relationships, bereavement and the health of your life in general.

Relationships
Relationships are important to all of us and frequently it helps to sort out how we cope with the difficulties that naturally arise at home and at work. Loneliness is endemic and if you call me you can gain the self confidence which makes life amd your close relationships enjoyable again.

Bereavement and Losses
With all losses, there are big changes to cope with and a re-appraisal of past events and the future you had planned. I like to see people rise from the ashes, with a new and positive input on their future. If you call me it may be better than the ongoing depression which many people experience.

Couples work
I can see you as a couple. I take care that each person comes away with positive results in their lives which they can contribute to the development of the relationship. It is possible for couples to find new ways of working together and it is a positive experience to move out of the negative ways which have not been working for so long. It may be worth while calling me for a single session.

A Rough Childhood
If you are one of those people whose experience of childhood was uncomfortable and disturbing, you will be pleased to know that if you call me, working together we can look at the consequential beliefs and life practices you have learnt and give you the opportunity to provide yourself with a kinder and happier way of living.

Healthy Living Choices
Clients who want to make healthier living choices will have specialist support around eating, drinking, smoking, problems with mood altering substances or any other issues where it is difficult to make the choices you would like to make. I am particularly interested in how eating patterns affect people with low mood and low self esteem.

If you call me, I can offer you a broad based and accepting approach to full recovery. If you feel uncertain about whether you should enter counselling then give me a call and we can talk it over without your having to commit yourself.

I am offering themed single-session counselling events which you can safely offer to you and your friends and family for the cost of £25 payable through Paypal. The themes are:

  • Peace of Mind
  • Putting things to Rest
  • Making Dreams Come True

The sessions can be face-to-face, by telephone or by e-mail These gifts can help your friends to set up the coming year in difficult times. For:

  • Face to face counselling
  • Internet counselling via e-mail

    Telephone sessions
Contact me for a conversation about how we can work together or have a look at my web-site. I like to help people create the lives they really wish for. Working towards what you really want gives a sense of direction and helps you get through difficult moments. We will sort it so you get the resources and skills you need to cope with the issues you bring into the room. S

ometimes people simply have something they want to achieve in life, getting a job, getting a relationship, creating a happy retirement, doing something well, and we could make good progress if you would like to talk through how you can make that possible for yourself. Problems can seem quite complicated and a bit painful, but working together, giving you space and time, putting your understanding first, we can make our way through together.
