I provide a safe space for dealing with issues such as loss, change, bereavement, relationship or family difficulties, stress, anxiety, depression and fertility related problems. I work with both individuals or couples and charge £35 per hour for individuals and £50 per hour for couples. I offer a free 20-30 minute consultation where we can meet and see if Emotional Therapy is right for you. Emotional Therapy is client led, which means the sessions go at your pace, and I can suggest work to be done outside sessions to extend the therapeutic process.
