I offer a confidential space to explore and work on personal issues, important life changes and choices. My counselling approach is 'integrative', which means that I utilise knowledge and skills from several mainstream counselling and psychotherapy approaches (e.g. CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; Psychodynamic and Client Centred/Humanistic) and, in addition, my helping approach has also been informed by the wisdom of ancient Far Eastern and holistic health philosophies.

My relevant educational and professional background includes a degree in psychology (Bangor University, Wales), a 4-year professional training qualification in homeopathy (Regent's College, London), a post graduate diploma (BACP accredited) and MSc with distinction in counselling from the University of Bristol.

I began practising counselling in 1997 initially at two agencies in Bristol specifically for bereavement and alcohol issues but have been in general private practice since 2000 and currently work from home-based premises in Clifton Village.

Appointment times are: Tues - Thurs from 9.30am to 6.30pm and sessions last 1 hour.
