Hope's Place is a registered charity, located in Bristol, offering free and professional counselling for men and women through a course of 10 one-hour sessions. Appointments can be made throughout the week, daytime or evenings, and on Saturday during the day. Immediate appointments are given for crisis pregnancy and all clients are contacted within 3 working days, to make an immediate counselling appointment. Our team of counsellors are trained to help clients through loss, due to still birth, miscarriage, pre or post-abortion emotion, post natal depression, or birth trauma.Qualifications & Training
Hope's Place has a team of qualified counsellors who have passed a Diploma in Counselling Course. Hope's Place also has a team of counsellors who are, at present, training to qualify to Diploma level.Experience
Our qualified counsellors have over 100 hours of counselling experience, and our trainee counsellors are working to achieve that experience by the end of their diploma courses. At assessment suitability and appropriate experience is of course considered, before allocating an appointment.Fees
