Working in the NHS, I used these skills with clients presenting with a very wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating problems, phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), addiction problems, including alcohol and drug problems, relationship issues, complicated bereavement, and much more. My work with NLP and solution focused therapy led me to an interest in the work of Milton Erickson, which resulted in training at the prestigious Clifton Practice, to gain my formal hypnotherapy qualifications and membership of the most prestigious UK bodies, the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP).
