I have a Master's degree in Counselling Studies from Bristol University, and a Doctorate in Psychotherapy from Middlesex University and the Metanoia Institute in London. Although my original training was psychodynamic, I have developed an integrative style which includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have a good deal of experience of working with problems of anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship problems, and bereavement. I have a Diploma in Counselling for Eating Disorders and have been working for six years with adults and young people who have a distorted relationship with food and body image.
