I work with colleagues as part of Aylesbury Counselling Services a professional service covering all areas of Buckinghamshire, West Herts and North Oxfordshire.
Counselling can be beneficial for most people, helping them through life experiences, emotional and relationship difficulties.
It provides a safe and confidential environment in which to expore these difficulties. It enables the development of a greater understanding of 'self' in relation to others and events.

Counselling fees per session are £35 for individuals and £45 for couples
