I work in North Marston which is easily accessible for clients from Buckingham, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury and the surrounding villages. I am also happy to see clients in their own home.

Counselling takes place in a safe, friendly, supportive, relaxing environment and enables you to explore your issues. Counselling sessions are confidential I will clearly explain at the beginning of your sessions how confidentiality is maintained.

Counselling can enable you to come to terms with your circumstances in a non-judgemental and empathic way. It will help you to steer a course through your difficulites and explore ways of resolving them.

Some of the benefits you may experience from taking part in counselling are:

Resolving current and past issues.
Increasing your ability to cope.

Developing the freedom to choose and act in a more constructive way.

Sessions usually last between 50 minutes and 1 hour.
