Psychotherapy gives you an opportunity to share your problems in confidence with someone trained in listening and interpreting your experience. It can help you to understand how past experience and current behaviour may be linked, and can lead to new ways of approaching life.
As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as a United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) practitioner, I am bound by their ethical codes of conduct and practice.
You may wish to have short-term or long-term therapy, both of which can be catered for. Sessions usually take place once weekly and last 50 minutes per session. More frequent sessions may also be possible. Qualifications & Training

Sessions are charged at £40, payable on the day by cash or cheque. Concessions are available under certain circumstances.
