I believe one of the most important factors in therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for you to express and explore your current feelings and situation.
You may be looking for counselling support to help you work through a current situation or crisis, or you may be looking to address longer term difficulties, such as past experiences or repetitive patterns of behaving or relating to others. My practice is informed by psychodynamic theory which understands that both our past and our unconscious have an impact on how we think, feel and behave in the present.
If you would like to explore the possibility of counselling or psychotherapy with me, please leave a telephone message or email and I will contact you to arrange an initial consultation. This would last for up to 90 minutes to give us plenty of time to discuss your current situation and to decide whether counselling/psychotherapy is right for you now.Qualifications & Training I trained at WPF London.
Certificate in Counselling Skills (WPF).
Post-graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Studies (Roehampton University).
WPF Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling.
Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (WPF).
