I embrace the Person-Centred philosophy, striving to create a confidential safe environment in which we can explore your world and maybe identify changes you could make. Clients tell me that I have a special ability to be both empathic and understanding yet honest and respectful.

If you are confused or unhappy about yourself or some aspects of your life, do think about contacting me for an informal chat or meeting with me for an assessment session to experience how I work as a counsellor. I have a flexible diary which includes appointments during the day and evening.
