I have 14 years counselling experience working with individuals and couples with relational difficulties. I have presented Relate's Life Skills courses. I have written and presented bespoke public access courses on using counselling skills in the workplace, interpersonal communication, stress management, workplace team building skills and managing difficult people in the work setting.
