Brief Solution Focussed Therapy (BRIEF, London)Experience My 16 years of counselling in primary healthcare, education, community agencies and private practice mean that I have experience of working with a wide variety of people on a range of difficulties such as, for example, relationship issues or trying to manage feelings of depression or anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, workplace stress, trauma, sexuality and managing change. My psychodynamic training helps me to think with you about how what has happened in your past might be influencing you now. I integrate some CBT and solution focussed techniques into my work if these are useful for you.Fees £40 per session.
