Delphi is a qualified counsellor and life coach with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and is a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Delphi is also trained in stress management and corporate stress. Additional training includes Trauma Training, Anxiety Management, Basic Sleep Assessment, Reiki, Bereavement, Suicide and Sudden Death, Effective Groupwork and is also a qualified Trainer (City & Guilds).Experience
Delphi has experience of working with a wide range of issues with adults including stress, bereavement and other life changing events like divorce and pregnancy.
In addition to private practice, Delphi has set up a specialist service offering support and information for those affected by ante-natal depression (depression during pregnancy).
