I am a qualified counsellor and a member of BACP. I have had many years of experience in working with drug and alcohol issues, as well as with bereavement. I also have experience with anger, depression and anxiety.

I initially offer 6 sessions which we will then review, with the client deciding whether they wish to continue.

My aim is to help people explore their thinking with problems that can sometimes feel overwhelming and disabling. In my experience, many people find it helpful just to have someone to talk to and listen to them in a caring and supporting way.

I work within the ethical framework of BACP, offering the client a safe and secure place where they can explore their feelings and anxieties. I respect the client's right to make decisions for themselves and will help and support them in their choices.
