I believe that Integrative Psychotherapy gives us time out to consider our lives and what is really important to us. Time to share our worries and concerns. Time to address those issues which stop us from achieving the things. I see Psychotherapy as a creative experience which helps us make sense of our lives. Helps us answer questions we often ask ourselves... Why are we here? What makes us uniquely us? Why do we get anxious, stressed, angry or scared, seemingly without reason? Why do we feel guilty, resentful without cause? etc. Psychotherapy helps us make the most the the precious lives we live.Qualifications & Training

Certificate in Education. Experience
Over 30 years in Education as Teacher, Lecturer, Advisor and Inspector.
Director of Insideout, Manchester Youth Dance Theatre and Gestures Dance Companies.
Chairperson, advisor and board member of a number of Arts organisations.
Since retiring and retraining I run a small private Psychotherapy practice and work, part time, as a Counsellor at Altrincham College of Arts.Fees
£40 per session and negotiable acocrding to circumstances.
