I work to the Person Centred model of counselling. When you work with me it is your choice what you choose to talk about in our sessions - usually you will talk about your life and particularly what you are finding difficult - and my role is to guide you to focus on what you are feeling, then to support you change that. We work at your pace and I don t pressure you.Qualifications & Training BACP Accredited Diploma in Counselling 2008 University of Salford
