The Human Givens Approach provides the means to emotional health and clear thinking by regaining balance of inate emotional needs. I provide proactive therapeutic interventions, including the use of guided imagery and the rewind technique. I use behavioural and cognitive techniques to teach life skills. All of my work is outcome measured informed and led by the needs of the client.

I trained as a nurse at Great Ormond Street for Sick Children and have nursed in Brazil, Australia and Hong Kong. I have gone on to train as a health visitor, later specialising in safeguarding children. I am currently employed - part-time - as health visitor in Stockport.

I believe totally in the Human Givens approach as the most effective therapy avaliable today, and became a registered practitioner in 2007. I have a thriving private practice as well as working for the Pathways to Work project and for insurance companies.

I became a Human Givens Accredited clinical supervisor in 2009. I am a member of BACP and have a current CRB check.
