I work with a range of presenting issues: depression, addictions, anxiety, stress, family & relationship concerns, eating disorders, grief, suicide, stress, loss, general, personal development, self-esteem issue etc.
My approach is primarily person-centred, which means that my belief is based on the premise that by developing the right type of supportive, empathic therapeutic relationship with my client, change will come about. I also use psychodynamic and CBT approaches, depending on each individual client's needs and where they are at in their own process.
