At certain times in our lives it is not always possible or appropriate to get the support we need from friends or family. It can be helpful to speak with a trained counsellor who will listen without judgement, and try to understand. I offer counselling for a range of issues including, but not limited to, stress, depression, anxiety, abuse, postnatal depression, redundancy, loss, debt, relationship breakdowns, bullying and low self esteem.
Working from a person-centred framework I believe that the relationship between counsellor and client, when developed in a trusting and transparent space, will enable you to explore difficulties fully and honestly. I am here to help you talk through any issues, decisions or choices so you can find solutions that work for you.
My practice is based in Hove with easy access to street parking and public transport. The nearest train station is Aldrington. The nearest bus stop is on Portland Road. Unfortunately my premises do not have easy access for wheelchair users, but I am committed to equal opportunities regarding sex, sexuality, gender, race, and age.Qualifications & Training PG Dip Person Centred Counselling (BACP Accredited)
