I have experience working with a variety of clients in face to face work and offer counselling to individuals. Counselling is a very personal, individual and unique experience. I am here to listen to you, respectful and accepting of what you bring to the counselling session, be these thoughts, feelings, irritations - the agenda is yours.

You may want to: understand yourself - express feelings inside that may be difficult to describe - make sense and relevance of your experience - get things in perspective - look at things with the benefit of hindsight.

What is said to me in the sessions is confidential to the counselling relationship.

Coming to counselling is a decision not to be underestimated. A step in the direction towards change and how you may want to be different.
