I have a BA (Hons) in person-centred counselling, and have also been involved in work around addictions and bereavement. I offer a safe, therapeutic space to address issues through one-to-one counselling and this is offered on a weekly basis.
My philosophy is strongly based on the principle of providing a non-judgemental, accepting, therapeutic space in which to freely address your chosen issues, which may include bereavement, depression, anxiety and addiction, as well as many others. Clients work at their own pace and are offered this space with a six weekly review.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such adhere to their ethical and professional framework.

Concessions are available for unemployed, unwaged and students and all enquiries are welcome.
