Providing both short and long term affordable counselling for people with complex medical needs and offering a highly professional confidential approach to individuals and couples Demonstrating a special interest in relationships, bereavement and depression issues using Rogerian & person centred core principles of being non-judgmental, while placing emphasis on communicating warmth and empathy to clients. Where appropriate I use CBT together with the Gestalt phenomenological method. I believe it is vital to demonstrate a genuine desire to listen to and understand the clients feelings and their own personal meanings. My personal strengths are my own intuition, somatic awareness and the abiltiy to work on emotional, intellectual and cognitive levels, whils honouring clients' boundaries at all times.
