At Inner Self we offer counselling to all adults, adolescents and couples. Emma, Jane and Lyndise offer face to face counselling from a private practice in Maldon Essex 6 days a week during the day and evening. We are all qualified and experienced psychodynamic and person centred counsellors and members of the BACP. We have experience in all areas of counselling with specialised experience in mental health, abuse & destructive behaviours, relationships and addictions. Emma works with 11-20 year olds and we are all experienced in working with low self-esteem, confidence, self-harm, eating issues and family issues with this age group.
