We know therapy is difficult, but a courageous step to take, reflecting an understanding on your part that you need to address something that is causing you pain, hurt, anger, frustration, feelings of depression, confusion, repeated patterns of coping and sometimes feelings that you simply don't understand. Our fees range from £20.00 through to £55.00 for individual therapy, £70.00 for couples therapy and £120.00 for family/couple mediation.
