I can offer counselling in the talking and visual & tactile therapies whichever are appropriate in meeting my clients' therapeutic needs. My theoretical model is an integrative & eclectic approach within a humanistic framework of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) incorporating aspects of Inner Child, Re-decision Therapy, Art Therapies and Person Centred Art Therapy (PCAT) and Ecotherapy.

Ecotherapy day courses: Martin Jordan, Mary Jane Rust 2008Experience I originally trained creatively working from an Art background. Through my personal development and study I formed an interest in the therapeutic dialogue intrinsic in the creative process. I have many years experience working in creative education and in the NHS partnership with neuro typical people and those who have special needs from which I have seen, experienced and developed a personal interest in the healing potential of the talking, visual and natural therapies which I offer in my private practice.Fees I charge £30 for individuals, £40 for couples and can offer a student rate. Counselling sessions are for the therapeutic hour of 50 mins.
