I work both long and short-term with individuals (men and women) tailoring the counselling in an integrative way with a number of therapeutic interventions from CBT, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic counselling and with a person-centred underpinning, respecting the autonomy of the individual and seeing the relationship we build as an essential element to my work.
My Masters research was on Christians' experiences of seeking and engaging in counselling and what has been proven to be effective. I did extensive research for this qualification.Qualifications & Training Masters in Counselling (2009).
