I have many years experience of working with people from different backgrounds and lifestyles. Over the years I have worked with a wide variety of issues and continue to do so. I also specialise in sexual minority therapy which is working in a specific way with people whose sexual orientation, gender identity or sexual practice may not be accepted or understood by the majority in society. I also teach various levels of counselling including specialist subject areas at a college in the Greater Manchester area.

Qualifications & Training

  • Advanced Diploma in Counselling (1998).
  • Diploma in Casework Supervision (2001).
  • Advanced Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (2008).
  • Essentials in Sexual Minority Therapy (2008).
  • Professional Diploma in Education (2009).

    Experience
    In addition to my many years experience and additional training I have also attended many workshops including - expressive therapy; links between sexual health and mental health; awareness of sexual abuse in counselling; and alcohol and drugs awareness.

    Fees
    Counselling - between £30-£60.
    Supervision - between £35-£65.
