I base my practice on the theory of Transactional Analysis. This is a theory of personality providing a means for growth and change. It helps us to understand ourselves and why we say and do certain things. Over the past few years I have helped lots of different people, including people presenting the following issues:

  • abuse (sexual, mental or physical)
  • anxiety and panic
  • bereavement
  • depression and low mood
  • divorce and separation
  • eating or food-use disorders
  • guilt about past behaviour
  • motivation
  • relationship difficulties
  • self-esteem and self-confidence
  • violence
  • workplace stress

  • CTA(E) Certified Transactional Analysis with Education speciality.
