I also work within Private Practice, undertaking referrals from several sources, including private individuals, GPs and Employee Assistance Programmes. Although the underpinnings of my work are Person Centred, I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and solution-focused work. In other words, I can offer an appropriate therapy according to each individual's particular needs, personality, and aims.
