I am an experienced Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist having trained with the prestigious international London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) 10 years ago to gain Certificate, Diploma and Post Graduate Diplomas in Clinical Hypnotherapy and am a Full Member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists (MBSCH).
I am also an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) practitioner having trained with the EMDR Institute UK for use with Trauma and Phobias and a qualified Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner.
Having used Hypnosis for Childbirth personally I am now a registered Hypnobirthing practitioner and treat women for childbirth and fertility issues.
I am a Trustee on the parenting charity META and a Supervisor for the LCCH.
My patients are adults, teenagers and older children. My treatment is short-term therapy, confidential, safe and effective and is structured to cater for the individual's needs. Using a wide range of therapeutic tools and techniques, my aim is to help my clients create positive change through healthy personal beliefs and modifying unwanted behaviours to enable the client to deal more effectively with challenges in their daily lives. In instances where the client does not have the skills and resources to move forward I help teach these, particularly for help with self-esteem and confidence issues.
I treat a wide range of psychological and physical disorders including confidence, self-esteem, weight and eating disorders, insomnia, IBS, panic, trauma & PTSD, anxiety, phobias, smoking, nail biting, public speaking, skin disorders, headaches, childbirth, depression and pain management.
My private practice is in a peaceful location a mile outside Andover and most of my patients are from personal referrals and GPs in the area. Fees
I charge £55 an hour except for smokers where there is a charge of £150 for one two hour session.
