In a world where everything is fast moving and changing, life can sometimes feel like a maze. The path forward can be difficult to find.

Perhaps it may be time to talk about those areas in your life that just seem to go round and round in the same direction. We all need "me time" every now and then and counselling can offer you just that - time for you. Whether it be stress, anxiety, bereavement, anger or difficulty with relationships, you will find that talking can help. Explore my website and then contact me to discuss a convenient time to arrange confidential counselling in a warm and safe environment. Counselling does not need to go on for what may seem like forever, it can also be short term - counselling is tailored to what you need at that point in your life. I offer face to face counselling to individuals aged over 18 and I am located in Clanfield, Hampshire.

Counselling can be a way to unravel those pathways, enabling you to find your way through.

Counselling within both primary and secondary schools is also available. Please contact me to discuss your school's needs.

Qualifications & Training
I am a BACP accredited counsellor.
I hold a Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, a Diploma in Clinical Supervision and certificates in Counselling Skills, Counselling Theory, Counselling Children and Young People, Certificate of Higher Education in Counselling, Certificate in Bereavement Counselling, a Certificate in TA 101 (Introduction to Transactional Analysis) and a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Skills (CBT).

Experience
My pathway through life has led me working in Education, Social Services and Family Group Conferencing. I previously worked as a counsellor for the NHS and as well as counselling within my private practice, I am also employed as a school counsellor.

Fees
The initial assessment is £25 and then £35 per 50 minute session thereafter.
I offer a reduced rate of £30 for student counsellors.
