I am of course a qualified therapist with a history of working in the care sector and am constantly updating my knowledge, experience and skills. But what will interest you most of all is how you can benefit from my services. If you have problems in your life that you feel is holding you back then I can help you. This may be with smoking or weight loss, depression, problems with your life’s direction, relationship problems, couples counselling, bereavement or starting a new business.
In all my work I have but one objective – to help you reach your maximum potential and achieve your full actualization. To help you reach your destiny. To help you become fulfilled. I don’t use anything magical or mystical. Just plain commonsense psychology.
Counselling - what is counselling? The definition that I adhere to is “something that provides direction or advice as to a decision or course of action”. In fact in my counseling sessions I will try to offer very little advice. What I will try to do instead is help you find your direction through pertinent questioning and discussion. My philosophy of counselling is known as humanistic. This means that I believe that given the right tools and the right environment to work in you can go on to reach your maximum potential. However, there are often obstacles that prevent us getting so far. These can be all manner of things. Using my counselling skills I will help you to overcome them and get those right tools and environment. I will help you find the direction you should be going. I can help you find where the destination of your journey is.
I won't just show you the pot of gold at the end of your rainbow, I'll take you there.

NVQ level 3 in training and development.Experience
My experience as a counsellor covers a variety of disciplines. I have been trained in mental health care and successfully worked with those experiencing disorders including depression, self harm, relationship problems, self development, sexual problems, unemployment and redundancy.
In January 2010 I received an award from Yell.com for the quality of my customer service in my counselling services.Fees
£100 per hour.
