I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. At various times in our lives we all have unhappy periods or feel unable to control our emotions and this can lead to confusion and overwhelming feelings. These times may or may not be connected to specific problems but manifest as a feeling of dis-ease. Using Gestalt therapy we could work in many different ways to explore and gain better self awareness. Awareness in and of itself is transformative. I work with both individuals (12yrs +) and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period and groups, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. Qualifications & Training BACP accredited counsellor. I qualified as a counsellor in 2001 after four years training. Experience Over ten years of working with clients. Fees For individuals: There is no fee for the first half hour meeting. From then on it is £40.00 per full hour. I do offer block bookings £220 for 6 sessions (£20 saving). For couples: The fee is £60.00 for each one and a half hour session. I do offer block bookings of 6 sessions for £330 ( saving £30). I do offer concessions for unemployed, students and special circumstances.
