I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, for adults and young people, accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. (BABCP).
I have ongoing specialist training in CBP (Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy) for mental health problems, as well as past training in counselling and family therapy. I also hold Post Graduate qualifications in Clinical Supervision, and in Social Work.
I have experience of working with a range of psychological difficulties including depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders and weight management problems, stress, trauma and personality vulnerabilities.
I have been working therapeutically for over 20 years; this has been my main or only professional role for the past 15 years.
