Hampshire Psychology is Dr Karen Quatermass and Dr Heidi Adshead - we treat a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety disorders (panic attacks, general anxiety, obsessions and compulsions, OCD), post trauma reactions, PTSD, addictions (alcohol, drugs, risky behaviours), stress, anger and irritability. In addition, Karen has trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for borderline disorder (BPD) and specialises in emotion management and Heidi has worked extensively with families and learning disabilities.Qualifications & Training We are both chartered psychologists, registered and accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). Clinical psychology training is 6-7 years duration. Clinical psychologists obtain a first degree in psychology then a practitioner doctorate (PsychD).Experience Following qualification we both worked in the NHS before becoming independent practitioners and between us we have extensive experience of a very wide range of problems.Fees Individuals: Assessment £150 (one hour and a half duration) then £85-90 per hour. Companies and private health care: £90-120 per hour we are registered with major healthcare providers BUPA, AXAPPP etc.
