Hypnotherapy is a brilliant therapy that enables clients to make massive changes and deal with issues that prohibit their lives. I work with the client to enable them to resolve these issues, whilst in a deep state of relaxation, effectively and without drugs.
Sessions last approximately 1-1.5 hours with full client confidentiality. Many conditions need more than one session and although this varies depending on the client, they will never be asked to commit to long sessions of unnecessary therapy.
Whilst in a trance state the client is usually aware of what is happening and can return to full consciousness at any time. Each client gets a free personalised CD to take away from the session so they can revisit their relaxed state at any time (although not when driving).Qualifications & Training
