Taking time to receive counselling is a gift to yourself, to your family, your friends and even to your employer. Counselling opens up the doorway to an understanding of yourself and the behaviours that have been affecting your health and happiness. From this understanding, you and I the therapist can begin to establish what path is best to get in touch with the real you. From this we can begin the attentive steps to put your wishes into reality.

I have a great deal of experience in working with individuals experiencing difficulty in areas such as: relationships, anger, obsessive behaviours, self harm, depression, anxiety and phobias.

What is Humanistic Counselling?
Humanistic therapy is an approach that I chose to train in for its natural capabilities in helping individuals realise their full potential. Humanistic therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual has the innate capability to grow, move through and develop into the individual they choose to be. Such change and growth can occur through coming into contact with an environment that is facilitative in understanding that individual.
