I have been seeing clients since 2003 and have worked with individuals, couples and groups.
I specialise in working with people who have been traumatised whether it is recent or from the past.
It is important that you feel safe and comfortable in order to be able to work on whatever issues trouble you.
Over the years my work has been with people from ethnic minorities incuding asylum seekers and refugees some of whom needed the help of an interpreter. I co-devised and facilitated a training programme to teach interpreters how to work in a counselling setting.
I have worked with couples at Relate and in private practice. Also I counselled at a youth counselling service seeing clients aged between 11 to 25 years.
My trauma specialism was employed at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation clinic.
I have referrals from agencies dealing with victims of accidents as well as rehabilitation organisations.Qualifications & Training
